What is an infrastructure assessment?
A Rego consultant-led infrastructure assessment provides an in-depth and focused examination of your corporate infrastructure to identify any vulnerabilities. Infrastructure is core to business operations and it is important that these assets are secure otherwise major issues could occur if compromised. There are two variants to an Infrastructure Assessment these are Internal and External assessments. Typically, both types of assessments are conducted to ensure all infrastructure related vulnerabilities can be identified.
Internal
ASSESSMENTS
An Internal Infrastructure Assessment is performed by one of our consultants onsite at your premises situated within your internal network. The purpose of this assessment is to identify vulnerabilities that an adversary would see or imitate a position of a disgruntled employee on the corporate network.
External
ASSESSMENTS
An External Infrastructure Assessment is a similar type of engagement accept the consultant is positioned remotely outside of your internal network. This prospective examines your public facing assets, emulating an attacker trying to gain access into your internal IT estate.
